Lemon Honeycomb Mold

I made this beautiful Gelatin mold years ago. Thinking of making today.

It was easy… Just takes a few steps.

Jelly and foam separate during refrigeration to create the lemon honeycomb mold.

It was a big hit at a small dinner party!
