What to do with so many mangos…
Eat them like crazy…
Maybe bake another pie.
Not sure I’m ready for that yet…

How about a delicious, sticky mango chutney !
By the way, the colours of the mangoes are glorious !

I’m a newcomer from Seattle (3 weeks!) staying w cousins in Paia but longing to garden somewhere upcountry. Yours is the first blog I’ve found that really resonated with the passionate gardener inside me. As soon as I got here I had to plant containers of herbs/veggies and dahlias and I cannot believe how easily everything sprouted! Would love to get together and talk gardening/find like-minded folk. Cheers and thanks for the lovely blog!

Elise, thank you for the lovely compliment. I’m so glad my blog inspires. I love to plant since the age of 25 when I started gardening. Maui is perfect for gardeners year round. Visit my other web-site blog http://Mauicountryfarmtours.com and send an email then I will write back to you!
