Making Mango-Lilikoi Jam
About six cups of mango, the juice of five lilikoi, juice of two lemons will be mixed with 3 cups of sugar, 6 tsp. Pomona pectin powder dissolved into my sugar, 6 tsp. Calcium water added to the fruit mixture then heated to boiling as I add the sugar mixture and cook for just 2 & 1/2 minutes… Voila, it’s jam 🙂
